Thank you for shopping at Apex Garage. We want to ensure you are satisfied with your RC drift cars. Please review our policy on returns and refunds below:
  • Return Window: You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your product. 
  • Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Damaged or Wrong Items: If your RC car arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photos. 
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. 
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
